Rothwell Lodge - Glebe
Rothwell Lodge was built for the Reverend William Boyce and his family who through intermarriage was connected to the Allens of Toxteth Park. The house is two storeys and attics in a simple Georgian Regency plan. Like many of Sydney's early houses it was slated for demolition in the 1980s but saved, restored and state heritage listed. Its original setting can still be appreciated.
